Guests choose a favorite photo from their phone. We turn it into a magnet on site.
Packages begin at $1,250
Your guests are already capturing the night on their phones. Magnetic Moments invites them to choose one they love — a dance-floor photo, old friends together, a family shot, a favorite with the two of you — and we turn it into a magnet they'll see again long after the wedding.
A little piece of the night
that goes home with them.
Guests choose a photo they love from their phone. We take it from there.
They scan the QR code at the station with their phone.
They choose a favorite photo from their camera roll and crop it to fit.
We print, precision-cut and hand-press their photo into a magnet — in just a few minutes.
Their magnet joins the display, ready to find and take home.
Most guests are back on the dance floor before their magnet is finished.
The photo moves from printer to cutter to press in a few minutes, and guests can watch the whole process happen.
Finished magnets join the illuminated display as they're made. Guests return to find theirs, discover everyone else's, and watch the collection grow as the celebration unfolds.
Every package includes one custom photo magnet per guest, approximately four hours of live production, and a full gallery display — printed, cut, and pressed on site, with setup and breakdown handled by us.
A second magnet for every guest can be added for $5 per guest.
Rates include standard travel within our Colorado service area. Weddings further afield are quoted individually.
A limited number of 2026 Colorado weddings are being selected for our inaugural collection, with availability beginning October 2026. Introductory pricing may be available in exchange for permission to professionally photograph and film on site.
Launch rates available for our first two booked events.
Every image comes from a guest's own phone, often a photo taken just moments earlier. We handle the printing, cutting and pressing.
Yes — Magnetic Moments carries full liability insurance, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue upon request.
Once pressed, it's placed on the gallery display for guests to find and take home before they leave.
One is included per guest in every package. A second-per-guest option is available for $5 per guest.
Roughly four hours of live production, timed around your reception. Exact timing depends on your package and event logistics.
Sized to the footprint of a 6-foot table for the working station, plus a nearby easel for the finished-magnet display — enough presence to feel like a destination within your reception, without ever crowding the room. We'll work with your planner to place it exactly where it belongs.
A standard power outlet within reach, and Wi-Fi nearby to process photos. Let us know what's available at your venue so we can plan ahead.
Guests scan the QR code with their phone, then choose a photo they already have saved.
Yes — standard travel is included anywhere in our core Front Range service area (Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and similar). Mountain and destination venues (Winter Park, Vail, Aspen, Estes Park, and similar) are quoted individually.
A 50% retainer secures your date at booking, with the remaining balance due in full no later than 14 days before your event — leaving our full attention free for your guests and your celebration on the day itself.
Your retainer secures your date and isn't refundable. Cancel more than 60 days out and nothing further is owed. Closer than that, the full balance may still apply, since it's rarely possible to rebook that date.
Each keepsake magnet measures 2×3 inches — small enough to tuck in a bag that night, sized to actually earn a spot on the fridge.
Weddings are our focus, but the same live magnet experience works well for corporate events, holiday parties, and conferences. Reach out with your event details and we'll let you know how it can fit.
Tell us about your day. We'll follow up to confirm availability and walk through next steps.
